Success Statement
Gold medal-winning race walker Alex Schwazer was the first
walker to come in at the London Olympics after 3 hours and 39 minutes. Shortly
after that he was found using drugs to make him run faster, he was doping his
blood. When the authorities found out he was banned from the Olympics and he
was proud of it because he said that without getting caught he would have still
been using drugs.
Reflection:
I think it’s
dumb how Alex used drugs for the Olympics and how he wasn’t even ashamed of it
when he was caught. Alex should have just worked on his own to win the gold
medals instead of breaking the rules and becoming a cheater. Cheating will only
bring negative consequences just like hoe Alex was caught and was banned form
the Olympics. Even if he says he’s proud of it eventually he will realize what
a bad decision he made and now that burden will be him forever.
