Reflection: I think this means that everything that has happened or
will happen doesn’t matter as much as what you can make happen. What you can
make happen is far more important because one person is capable of doing so
much from so little even in the worst of times. The only thing left to do is to
try and use the resources that you have whether they are a lot or a little and
use them to create something big and life changing. “What lies before us”
is determined by what we do in the present time and “what
lies behind us” is no longer important because the
past is the past and it’s time to move on. Within every single person is the
strength to make an important step towards becoming or doing something amazing.
